MONIKAMALA ASSOCIATION was founded in 2015 by a group of passionate social workers, professionals, and community leaders who shared a common dream — to create an India where every citizen has access to equal opportunities, quality education, and dignified living.
What started as a small community initiative in New Delhi has grown into a pan-India organization with hundreds of active members, thousands of volunteers, and programs spanning education, healthcare, women empowerment, environmental conservation, and livelihood support.
Our approach is grassroots and community-driven. We believe that lasting change comes from within communities themselves, and our role is to empower, facilitate, and support — not impose. Every program is designed with community input and implemented with community participation.
